A while ago our family of animals grew with two additions.
A lamb (Shanks) and a kitten (Spice)
We got Shanks at a local fair, and had to bottle feed him for about three weeks, but now he is old enough to eat proper foods like grass and oats.
We found Spice at my dads work. That’s where she had been living for the majority of her life. Dad caught her and took her to the vet to be checked out, then taken to our house and that’s where she has been since. It was my idea to call her Spice because of her mixed colouring: ginger, white and tabby.
But what we didn’t know was that there would be four more (temporary) additions that came only a few nights ago. Four kittens. It turns out while Spice was living on the street she got pregnant. So when she has been living at our house, her stomach kept growing and growing, so we presumed that had to be the case. But the truth was found the other night when she quietly went off and had four kittens: one ginger/white, two black and one black/white.
I also thought I’d just throw in a picture of Allies first birthday, with a tuna cake I made for her. (She loved it :-))

Wow! I just realized how many things I should have been blogging about throughout the year. So I thought before I put all my posts up I would just say hello and briefly say what’s been going on.
Here are some of the upcoming posts:
Our new additions.
My 13th birthday party
My favourite book is The Hunger Games so I decided to make my own poster of all my favourite characters.
I’ve used a big piece of plain black paper, then airbrushed some flames in the background.
I printed off some pictures in photo paper and stuck them on.
Embossed the Mockinjay pin and the hunger games heading also I embossed two of my favourite quotes and put them down the bottom.
I cant wait to go see Catching Fire when it comes out, I would love to go see the midnight premier! 🙂
Do you like the Hunger Games?
What’s your favourite book?

For the last couple of weeks I have been working on redecorating my craft room. Since we have moved to our new house I have my bedroom and my craft room to myself so I decided to redecorate it my way. So far I have moved and covered all the furniture (that’s why it’s a huge mess), painted the back wall and part of the side wall a green colour. My plans are to repaint all the walls the same colour and add a brown damask pattern on the back wall. Also build and reorganise the furniture. I have also painted an old table the same colour as the back wall but painted the top with chalk board paint.
Stay tuned if you would like to find out the end result and I will soon be putting some of my craft projects on here so if you would be interested in that please stay tuned and leave lots of comment 🙂

Sorry I haven’t been on for ages. I’ve been so busy with school work and projects.
I hope everyone is well and happy.
I would like to know if anyone has any ideas for a new post, such as if they would like to know anything about high school or what I’ve been up to.
So please if you have a suggestion or questions, comment below.
On the 3.1.2013 I adopted a 12 week old kitten from an animal shelter.
Her name is Allie and is tabby coloured.
She loves playing and having fun but doesn’t like Molly so we are gradually introducing them to one another.
Her birthday is on the 12th of october which is nearly the same as mine.
I have never had a kitten or cat before so it is a new experience!
And lucky for me she is already kitty litter trained!
If you have any questions please leave a comment and I would love to hear your story’s about your cats/kittens.
